New England Patriots cornerback Kyle Arrington (hamstring) will not play in Sunday's road game against the New York Jets.

Analysis: Even without its slot cornerback, the New England defense heads into an excellent matchup with the benefit of good health. The Jets will likely struggle to pass against the excellent Patriots secondary, and while things may come a bit easier on the ground, New England has been surprisingly solid against the run.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Hilton (hamstring) will try to play Sunday against the Cowboys, though the report suggests that such an outcome appears to be a long-shot.

Analysis: As Sunday's game approaches, Hilton's status remains cloudy, a tricky situation for fantasy owners, given the Colts' 4:25 ET kickoff. In the event that Hilton sits Sunday, or is limited, Donte Moncrief would be a candidate to see added looks in the team's Week 16 offense.

    • According to NFL Network's Ian...

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Murray is in line to play Sunday against the Colts with a pad on his surgically-repaired left hand.

Analysis: Those planning to use Murray this week are still advised to verify his status in advance of Sunday's 4:25 ET kickoff, but it appears as though the running back plans to give it a go. It remains to be seen how Murray will hold up as a pass-blocker Sunday and how effective he might be in the passing game, with Joseph Randle and Lance Dunbar on hand to serve in complementary roles and to spell Murray if he is limited at all as Week 16's game progresses.

The Falcons are optimistic that Jones (hip) will play Sunday against the Saints, according to Albert Breer of NFL Network.

Analysis: Jones is officially questionable for the game, but he has yet to practice after suffering the injury Dec. 8. He was a game-time decision in Week 15 but was unable to play, and his lack of practice could indicate that he'll be limited in Sunday's game, if he is cleared to play. Harry Douglas figures to see more targets if Jones is unable to play his normal full workload.

Davis was not targeted in Saturday's overtime loss to the Chargers.

Analysis: Colin Kaepernick through for just 114 yards, but the fact that he didn't look Davis' way even once is the final nail in the coffin on Davis' 2014 fantasy season. He has not caught a pass in back-to-back games.
