    • Carpenter made both of his field-goal...

Carpenter made both of his field-goal attempts during Sunday's upset over the Cardinals -- a 19-yarder and a 45-yarder -- but missed one of four extra-point attempts.

Analysis: The extra-point attempts were a big issue last season, when six misses almost cost Carpenter his job. However, Sunday's miss was his first of the season, and he's been true on eight others. With the Bills winning big, Carpenter's job seems fairly secure for the time being; however, his 17 points on the season put him just tied for 21st among the league's kickers.

    • Dawson converted one of his two...

Dawson converted one of his two field goal attempts Sunday, hitting from 22 but missing from 53 in a loss to Seattle.

Analysis: With just three field goals through three games, Chip Kelly's uptempo offense hasn't resulted in more scoring opportunities for the veteran kicker. While Sunday's 53-yard miss likely didn't negatively affect fantasy owners, a successful attempt would have gone a long way in saving an otherwise mediocre output.

    • Reid led all San Francisco defenders...

Reid led all San Francisco defenders with 12 tackles (seven solo) in Sunday's blowout loss to the Seahawks.

Analysis: The 12 combined tackles marked a career-high for the fourth-year safety. Reid doesn't usually post double-digit tackle totals, but Seattle's offense was breaking through to the second level consistently Sunday, resulting in the uncharacteristically-high tackle total. Even with Sunday's inflated total, Reid is on pace to top his career-high mark of 77 tackles set in 2013.

    • Patton was held to eight yards...

Patton was held to eight yards on one catch (four targets) in Sunday's loss to Seattle.

Analysis: Patton has come back down to Earth over the past two weeks after posting a five-catch, 60-yard performance Week 1. Seattle's elite defense is partly to blame, but San Francisco's offense doesn't look potent enough to produce consistent fantasy options outside of star running back Carlos Hyde. Next week's opponent isn't as imposing as Carolina and Seattle, so Patton has a better chance at producing a more PPR-friendly stat line against the Cowboys, but we wouldn't recommend him outside of an emergency option or bye week fill-in.

    • White caught six passes for 62...

White caught six passes for 62 yards on a team-high 14 targets in Sunday's 31-17 loss to the Cowboys.

Analysis: It's tough to seem invisible when you get 14 targets, but White almost managed the feat until he made an acrobatic, 32-yard grab late in the fourth quarter, providing his only real highlight of the game. Zach Miller and Alshon Jeffery were both far more efficient, but the Bears will likely keep feeding their young wideout in what's quickly shaped up as a rebuilding year. Next up is a Detroit team that was roasted by Aaron Rodgers and Jordy Nelson on Sunday.
